Send Communication Campaign

To start a communication campaign first navigate to your Communications Section > select Campaigns > + New Campaign


You will be prompted to name the campaign and provide a description(optional)

Configure Recipients

On the campaign dashboard, you can then start your list of recipients , either a static list or a dynamic list. If you have previously created these lists for communication, they will appear when the type of list is selected, or you can make a new list.


Choosing an existing list as a template : You will have the option to add filters to your existing list and create it.

Create a new list : Here you will add any filters to your list and create it.

Compose Message

The next step is to compose the message that you will send to your customers, either via Email, SMS or Voice.

Once the subject and content is input, you can send a preview to verify it the contents of the campaign.


Confirm and Send

Once the campaign has been configured and you move on to the last step, you will be able to confirm that the campaign name, description, and recipients are all correct. The status will remain as “In Progress” until it is sent out.

If all information is correct, you can then select Send Campaign.
