1. Navigate to the Communications tab in Settingshttps://utilities.currentsoftware.app/settings?setting=communications

2. Click "New Message Template" to draft a new message

3. Click the text box to begin writing.

Tip: Note that you can scroll down the list to find the one you want. Each variable has a description of what it represents!
