Link your Account to your Customer Profile
1. When signed in to your new customer profile, click "Add account"

2. Click the "Account ID" field, and type in the Account ID you see on your regular statement.

3. Click "Search"

4. Look for your name in the dropdown menu. If you don't see it, please reach out to your utility to ensure they add your information to your account.

5. Click "Save"
