Return a Deposit
Video Overview
Instructions
- Open an the desired account
- Under ... More Options, select + Add Charge / Credit
- In Transaction Type, select Deposit Return
- Complete the fields
- Click Post
Result
- Opposite to a deposit, a deposit return gets entered as a credit on the account
- The credit can be applied to a final bill or refunded to the customer
- Deposit balance will show separately next to account balance.
