Move Out - Finalizing

Instructions

1. Document Upload (Optional): If you have supporting documentation, you can upload it via the this stage. Examples may include:
   1. Proof of purchase (e.g. grant deed)
   2. Identity verification (e.g. drivers license)
2. Balance Transfer (Optional): If you want to transfer the balance of the previous account to the new one, or write off the previous balance, you can do so here
3. Once satisfied, click Complete Service Transfer

Results

• This will finalize the move out and complete the service transfer
• The old account will show inactive with their final bill
• The new account will be setup and active with the same services as the old account
