Add or Change Service Order Types

You can add or modify the types of Service Orders you can create. Doing so allows for better categorizations of tasks for your field crew and admin teams.


Configuration Management


Navigate to the Service Orders settings:

  1. Select Settings from the navigation bar
  2. Select the Service Orders sub-menu from the left-hand side
  3. Select the Configuration Management tab from under the Service Orders heading

Add New Type


  1. Select + Add New Service Order Form
  2. Fill the name you want to appear under the Type dropdown
  3. Select Save in the top right

Options


  • Selecting the check mark next to a label will enable / disable it's use in the Type drop-down when creating a Service Order
  • The pencil icon when hovering over an existing label will allow you to modify the text for that label

Using the New Type


The created Service Order type will now appear in the drop-down when creating a new Service Order.
