Payment Plan
You can track a payment plan with a customer by going to the Account detail page, and selecting Payment Plan from the More Options button.

You can track all payment plans on the Delinquency page.

On the Account Detail page, you can also see any Active Payment Plan on the Delinquency History tab.

FAQ
Currently, a Payment Plan will not change how the customer's bill is presented. The past due amount will remain past due and customers can continue to pay their bill as usual. However, in the delinquency flow, the utility admin can use this information to decide if a late fee should be added.
