Stopping A Move out

If you no longer wish to continue with a Move Out, navigate to the account that has started the move out process and select the " Go To Service Transfer"  banner at the top of their account.

Once selected, it should take you to the Service Transfer screen.

Scroll down to find the Cancel Service Transfer button.

Once the service transfer is canceled, the banner will no longer appear on the account and the activity will log the cancel process.
