Delete a Service Order
A service order may be deleted by an Admin in the event of an error or to keep records organized.
This action is permanent and can not be undone.
Deleting a service order in the Service order Section
Navigate to Service Orders
Locate the Red Trash Can icon next to the Service order you with to delete
Delete a Service Order under an account
Navigate to Accounts
Navigate to the desired account and select the Service Order section. Once there, you will be able to locate the relevant service order and delete it by selecting the Red Trash Can icon.
You will see a confirmation prompt to delete the Service Order
Once the Service order is deleted an activity note is made to the account
