Viewing Your Bill and Payment History

You can see all your bills and payments in one place on the Billing tab of your customer portal. From there you can open or download any bill and get a receipt for any payment.

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Billing tab at the top of the page.
  3. If you have more than one account, choose the account from the list across the top. Each shows its account ID and service address.

Viewing your bills

Your bills and payments are listed together, newest first, with the Date, Description, Amount and your Account Balance after each one.

Each bill shows its status:

  • Paid: the bill is paid in full.
  • Unpaid: the bill isn't due yet or hasn't been paid.
  • Partially unpaid: part of the bill has been paid.
  • Past Due: the due date has passed and a balance is still owed.

To open a bill, click its name in the Description column. To save or print it, click the Download PDF icon at the top of the bill.

Charges marked Unbilled have been added to your account but haven't appeared on a bill yet. They'll be included on your next bill.

Viewing your payment history

Payments appear in the same list as your bills, labeled Payment, with the date, amount and the payment method underneath.

To get a receipt:

  1. Click Payment on the payment you want.
  2. The Payment Receipt opens. Click the download icon to save or print it.

Common questions

My bill looks a little different from the one I received. Some older bills are recreated from your account records when you open them. If you hover over the bill's name, you'll see a note saying so. It may not match your original copy exactly. If you need the original, contact your utility.

I don't see my account. Your account needs to be linked to your portal profile. Go to the Accounts tab and click Add account to link it.

Why is my bill prorated? See Why is my bill or transaction pro-rated?

How do I pay my bill? See Make a Payment for a Utility Bill.

Something on my bill doesn't look right. Contact your utility directly. They can review your account and explain any charges.
